Rather than trying to sell me more expensive options or a complete redoing of the ring Richard suggested some more simple changes make it match my existing wedding and engagement ring. He then proceeded to do this whilst I watched which was fascinating.
All in all I am delighted with my visit to RTFJ this morning and pleased that with Richard's superb suggestions I now have a ring that I with wear and treasure.
Richard and Hugo will definitely be my first port of call next time I am looking for a ring - Hugo was in the middle of making the most beautiful ring that will go to a very lucky lady.
